Offshore boat trip in West Cork to swim, snorkel or freedive with blue sharks, common dolphins or whatever we might encounter. You can also stay on the boat to watch from above.

How it works
What to expect:
We will spend a great day out with a group of like-minded people and a fantastic skipper who will know the best places to go for the best chances to swim and dive with marine wildlife.
Possible species to come across: Blue sharks, common dolphins, bluefin tuna, porbeagle sharks, seals and different seabirds. Remember, wildlife is wildlife, and they are showing up on their own terms 😊We will use bait to attract sharks
There will be a safety briefing on board, including how to dive/swim with sharks (behaviour) and safe practices
A toilet is available on the boat.
I currently have insurance (for guided snorkel tours) that I can include participants in. Please let me know if you require insurance whilst being in the water. Please note you wont be insured by the skipper or Cornelia once you are in the water.
Gear & Euipment
What to bring:
Please bring your own wetsuit and gear. No bright colours allowed. Avoid whites or neon colours. Gloves + Hood needed.
Make sure to also bring:
Mask, snorkel, fins, Weight belt (if needed)- can also be rented, please let Cornelia know
Dry bag or something handy for your stuff to put in and save space on the boat
Sea sickness pills or similiar
Changing towels/clothes if you want to change on the boat
Snacks, food, plenty of water/tea flask, etc., sun protection (ocean/reef-friendly), sunglasses, jacket/hat
Underwater camera/phone

Important if you travel from afar:
Please be aware that the skipper will provide his final confirmation for the boat trip 2 days beforehand.
Unless we have a predictable & suitable weather window, we can’t confirm the boat trip sooner than that.

In case of any cancellation by you, a refund of 30 Euro will apply. The remaining 50 are considered a deposit payment.
